We are a local, owner-operated Oklahoma City plumbing company led by a Master Plumber with experience in the trade going back to 1985. The company started in Oklahoma City in 2013, with one idea: do the work right, explain it honestly, and be there when people need a plumber, including at 2 a.m.

Rob Hammond learned plumbing the way most good plumbers do: on job sites, under houses and in utility closets, one problem at a time. He has been in the trade since 1985. In 2013 he started Plumber Oklahoma City, Ok Plumbing & Repair to run things the way he thought a plumbing company should be run.
That means picking up the phone. It means showing customers what is actually wrong, often on a camera screen or with the old part in hand, and laying out the options before any work starts. And it means not upselling a water heater when a thermocouple will do, or a full repipe when one bad section is the real problem.
Today we handle everything from dripping faucets to full sewer replacements, for homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses across the Oklahoma City metro. We are open 24/7, because pipes do not burst on a schedule.

Our experience in plumbing goes back to 1985, and the company is led by a Master Plumber. That experience shows up in the small things: knowing where a builder likely ran the line, which old fittings will crack if you touch them, and when a repair is a better call than a replacement.

The company was founded in Oklahoma City on September 22, 2013. We are not a franchise and we do not answer to a regional sales office. Decisions about your job get made by the people doing it. That keeps the recommendations honest and the communication direct, from the first phone call to the final walkthrough of the finished work.

These guys were great! A breath of fresh air from the usual contractor/service. They cared about fixing the problem not how much they can charge. I had a same day service need, leak in between floors, the day before a trip. They came out same day and presented multiple solutions as well as keen explanations.
Mr. Robert has amazing customer service and work ethic. He fixed our toilet very quickly and explained everything that he was doing, and even showed us the finished product. Awesome work!
